A rare Chinese tea from the Fujian province. Named white tea, due to the silvery white colour of its leaves. This delicate tea is made from tiny buds picked in early spring just before they open. Because it has had very little processing this smooth, floral tea is naturally low in caffeine and high in anti-oxidants.
Directions for use:
- Bring fresh, filtered water to boil.
- Pre-warm teapot and/or cups.
- Add 1 of tea pouch for every 300ml of water.
- Cover tea pouch with boiled water that has cooled approx 80-85°C and allow to steep for 2-3 mins.
