How it works

Tienchi ginseng: traditionally taken to reduce inflammation and pain in TCM

In TCM, tienchi ginseng is traditionally considered an important herb when it comes to enhancing the flow of blood, or healthy circulation.

Tienchi ginseng: traditionally used to relieve muscle and soft tissue injury symptoms

Tienchi ginseng is also traditionally taken in Chinese medicine to ease both muscle and soft tissue injury symptoms, including the inflammation and pain of muscle sprains and strains and pain and swelling related to bruises.

Tienchi ginseng: traditionally taken to easy heavy menstrual periods

Heavy menstrual bleeding is considered to be common in menstruating women, with between 27.2% to 54% of women believed to be affected.1 In Chinese medicine, tienchi ginseng is also traditionally known to ease heavy menstruation.

Tienchi ginseng: relieves mild nose bleeds

Tienchi ginseng in traditionally known in TCM for relieving mild nose bleeds and minor skin wound symptoms (such as cuts, scratches and abrasions).
