Directions:

Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from
dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Contains 20mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
