Arnica may assist in calming and soothing swollen or bruised skin. Arnica Infused Oil is produced through the maceration of Arnica montana flowers in a blend of nourishing base oils.
How to Use:
Massage: Nourish and rejuvenate the body while experiencing the healing benefits of pure essential oils. Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.
Direct Method: Treat specific sites with one single drop directly into the skin. There are some specific cases where essential oils may be used directly on the skin. When a very small area of the skin is to be treated, the direct method can be applied. Add 1 drop of pure essential oil to the tip of a cotton bud and apply directly to the site. To ease the appearance of bruising, massage directly onto the affected area.
