How to Use:
Vaporisation: Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to the water in your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.
Inhalation: Treat minor ailments and hydrate the skin. Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to a bowl of hot steamy water. Place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for 10 minutes. The essential oil molecules are absorbed via the respiratory system into the body.
Direct Method: Treat specific sites with one single drop directly into the skin. There are some specific cases where essential oils may be used directly on the skin. When a very small area of the skin is to be treated, the direct method can be applied. Add 1 drop of pure essential oil to the tip of a cotton bud.
Bites & Stings: Add 5 drops to 50ml water, and apply with a cotton ball to the affected area: 2 drops Tea Tree, 2 drops Lavender, 1 drop Peppermint.
