Memory Support contains Centella asiatica and Bacopa monnieri traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as brain tonics, to improve memory and cognition. Benincasa hispidais traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support cognitive function.
Dose:
Adults only - take one capsule, twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Benincasa hispida ext. dry conc. 175 mg from dry fruit 2.6 g
