Ashwagandha is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a rejuvenative tonic and to improve body strength. Brahmi is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a brain tonic to improve memory and cognition.

Dose:
Adults only - Take one capsule, twice daily with water, or as directed by your health professional.

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)ext. dry conc. 200mg from dry root 2g
Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) ext. dry conc. 200mg from dry whole plant 2.6g
Piper longum (Long pepper) ext. dry conc. 50mg from dry fruit 400mg
Terminalia arjuna ext. dry conc. 35mg from dry stem bark 350mg
