An uplifting and fortifying plant distillation to support and strengthen healthy immunity and respiration.
Take one hot bath a week with 1 cup of Epsom salts and 8 drops of Thyme Thymol. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Winter ailments
Add 3 drops and 1 drop of Peppermint to steam inhalation, three times a day. Or 8 drops added into the evening bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Purified environment
Add 8 drops to a diffuser. Add an additional 10 drops of Eucalyptus Australiana to enhance the scent and effectiveness.
Enhance resolve
Add 5 drops to a diffuser. Add an additional 5 drops of Frankincense and 5 drops of Lemon to enhance the scent and effectiveness.
Blend 1 drop with 1 drop each of Eucalyptus Australiana and Lavender Spike, rub the mixture onto the palms of your hands. Cup your hands around your nose and breathe deeply. Repeat as needed up to 6 times a day.
Add 1 drop each of Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus Australiana, Peppermint, Thyme Thymol, and Immortella to a bowl of hot water. Create a tent with a towel over your head and inhale the vapours. Repeat up to three times a day.
Thyme may be irritating to sensitive skin. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
