Tiger Balm White Ointment is often used for headache remedies & may soothe a variety of ailments.
Use Tiger Balm White Ointment as a chest rub to relieve nasal congestion. Chest rubs are applied topically and have been used since ancient times to relieve symptoms of nasal congestion. It is the vapours which help relieve nasal congestion.
Tiger Balm White Ointment may also be used for the temporary relief of muscular and joint aches and pains and arthritis pain.
Gently rub over the affected area to allow its herbal formulation to soothe headaches, stuffy nose, insect bites, and other discomforts quickly and effectively.

Rub the ointment onto the forehead or temples and lightly massage in a circular motion. Use a pea-sized quantity of ointment (approximately 0.5g or less), sufficient to lightly cover the affected area. Tiger Balm White Ointment should only be applied to the forehead or the temples.
