Adults: To maintain healthy digestive system function, take 1 capsule twice a day. To reduce the occurrence of traveller's diarrhoea symptoms, take 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
Children 2 months - 17 years: To reduce diarrhoea, take 1 capsule once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional. For children unable to swallow capsules, empty the content and mix with a small amount of food or liquid and consume promptly.

If symptoms persist or worsen consult your health professional. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24h in children aged 3-6 years and 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults.
