How to Use:

Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Stress: To help calm mental or emotional strain mix in 1tbs of Jojoba oil and massage onto affected area: 1 drop Vetiver, 2 drops Neroli, 2 drops Lavender.
Insomnia: To relieve symptoms of Insomnia, vaporise 1 drop Vetiver, 2 drops Mandarin, 2 drops Lavender.
