Directions:

Zinc amino acid chelate (MetaZn® - Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg Equivalent Zinc 25 mg
Lutein 5 mg
Potassium iodide 196 micrograms Equivalent Iodine 150 micrograms

Withania somnifera (Withania), dry root extract 180 mg Derived from dry root 4.5 g
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), dry fruit extract 44 mg Derived from dry fruit 2 g

Warnings:
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
