Kalium (Potassium) Muriaticum (Chloride) is a component of almost every cell in the body and stands in connection with the body's fibrous substance (connective tissue).
It is the main remedy for second-stage infections, and is used in cases of tonsillitis, pneumonia, pleurisy, measles, scarlet fever, mumps, cold, hoarseness, whooping cough, middle ear catarrh, conjunctivitis, articular swelling and tenosynovitis (inflammation of the synovium surrounding tendons, causing joint pain, swelling and stiffness).
