Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 80mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5.0mg Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) (Vitamin B12) 500 micrograms Levomefolate calcium 216 micrograms Equiv. Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) 200 micrograms.
