Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Menopause: To deal with the challenges faced during this time mix in 1tbs of Jojoba oil and massage: 2 drops Geranium, 2 drops Rose Otto, 1 drop Orange.
Grief: To assist the pain of loss mix in 1tbs of Jojoba oil and massage: 2 drops Rose Otto 2 drops Frankincense 1 drop Orange.
