How to use:
You can use this pre-brushing mouthwash twice a day to help soften plaque and break down bacteria adhesion before brushing with our natural tooth tablets.
- Pop a scoop (0.5g) of powder into your mouth then take a sip of warm water, or mix into 15ml of warm water.
- Swish and gargle for 2-3 minutes to stimulate alkaline saliva and balance mouth flora.
