ArmaForce® Cold & Flu + Congestion is a specialised formula combining echinacea, vitamin C, zinc and olive leaf to relieve common cold and flu symptoms and reduce the duration of common colds. Echinacea is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve a blocked or runny nose, a cough and the severity of symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections. Olive leaf is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve mild fever. This formula also contains vitamin C and zinc which helps stimulate a healthy immune system response and is buffered with mineral ascorbates making it gentle on the stomach.

Dose:
Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Take with food.
