A calming blend of Organic Chamomile, Peppermint and Lavender. This delicate herbal infusion is the perfect way to help you unwind, relax and take the worries of the day away. Being Caffeine free it’s the ideal brew to have any time of the day, particularly good to have before bed to ensure a restful night sleep.
Directions for use:
- Bring fresh, filtered water to boil.
- Pre-warm teapot and/or cups.
- Add 1 of tea pouch for every 300ml of water.
- Cover tea pouch with rolling boiled water that has cooled approx 100°C and allow to steep for 4-5 mins.
