Lavender Essential Oil Uses:
- A traditional aromatherapy oil and versatile ingredient in natural skincare formulations:
- A few drops in a diffuser for a calming home atmosphere
- A drop on a pillow corner or in a linen mist as part of a bedtime ritual
- Diluted in carrier oils (e.g. our rosehip, sea buckthorn, prickly pear, or argan) for natural massage blends

Directions:
Diffuser: Add 3 to 5 drops to your diffuser, depending on the room size and your diffuser instructions.
Bath: Do not add essential oil directly to bath water undiluted. Mix 2 to 4 drops with a carrier oil, bath oil, milk, honey or suitable dispersant before adding to the bath.
Body oil or massage blend: Dilute 1 to 2 drops in 1 teaspoon, 5ml, of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Linen or room spray: Add to a DIY spray recipe with water and an appropriate solubiliser or dispersant. Shake
