Metagenics fish oils are Friend of the Sea certified, endorsing eco-friendly, sustainable fishing practices. Omega Care for Kids is a purified fish oil sourced from wild, ocean fresh, cold-water fish in an unsweetened, natural fruity flavour.
Directions:
Shake well before use. Mix into juice or water, or take directly off the spoon.
Children 0 to 2 years: Take 1/2 metric teaspoon (2.5mL) once daily.
Children 2 to 5 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0mL) once daily.
Children 5 to 12 years: Take 1 metric teaspoon (5.0mL) twice daily.

Equivalent: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 826 mg
Equivalent: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 550 mg
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate 12 mg
Equivalent: d-alpha-Tocopherol 17 IU
