Burdock is traditionally known for its ‘alterative’ action, which means it may assist the body in its ‘blood purifying’ processes, and is beneficial for a variety of skin conditions.
Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:
- Reduce and relieve symptoms of mild eczema and dermatitis
- Purify and cleanse blood
- Relieve mild rheumatic aches and pains
Dosage:
Adults: Take 3 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
