Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P) can be used for relieving PMT symptoms, while also being a co-factor to aid in neurotransmitter synthesis. This formula contains 300 mg taurine and 100 mcg chromium per tablet, and is folate free, allowing for flexible dosing.
