Dose:
Adults: Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed maximum recommended daily does of one capsule.

Fucus vesiculosus (Kelp) whole plant extract dry conc. 120 mg
equiv. dry whole plant 600 mg
standardised to contain Iodine 100 micrograms
Ascophyllum nodosum (Yellow wrack) whole plant dry powder 150 mg
standardised to contain Iodine 150 micrograms
No added wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, eggs, soy bean products, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Contains residual crustacea and fish products. Contains phenylalanine and potassium.
Recommended daily serve contains 4.3 mg of sodium.
