Minor Figures’ Brewery uses single origin and organic coffee in cold filtered water and triple filters before adding organic ingredients like cacao and sea salt. Creating low acid, smooth and healthy iced coffees an alternative to high sugar iced coffees made from coffee powder. Until now nitro cold brew coffee has only been available on tap.
