Grown in South Eastern Australia, the Native Peppermint Gum trees grow to about 30 metres; the leaves have subtle minty overtones. Used a lot in earlier colonial times for making “Billy Tea.” It also works well in sweet and savoury dishes.
Unique peppery minty notes with Eucalypt – excellent with chocolate, desserts, cakes & savoury dishes. Great as an herbal tea.
