The word neti is from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit, meaning 'nasal cleaning'. The technique has been used for centuries in the Ayurveda and yoga disciplines, assisting in promoting wellness and biologically preparing the body for the rigorous routines of yoga and meditation.

Nature’s shield Neti pot is a unique design  and is made from finest quality, heavy gauge copper available in the market.

These handmade Neti Pots using traditional molds are bound to delight by the uniqueness in the patterns . Since each one is individually crafted with a lot of love, it will have some sort of uniqueness in the texture. We are directly sourcing our neti pots from the small communities who have been traditionally making various copper products for generations. This enables us to contribute to these communities positively.

This unique shape dispenses the perfect rate of flow to optimally cleanse the sinus passages. This Neti pot is also travel friendly.

Wash the Neti Pot thoroughly before use.

Dissolve a generous half teaspoon of non-iodised salt with 1 cup lukewarm (body temperature) distilled or boiled pure water. Never use untreated tap water.

Standing over a sink or bath or outdoors, tilt your head sideways so that your ear faces the floor. While breathing through the mouth, insert the spout into one nostril and breathe evenly while the solution makes its way through the sinuses and out the opposite nostril.

Allow a continuous flow until half the solution has been used. Repeat on the opposite side.

To conclude, gently blow excess water from the nose, without using the fingers. Once all dripping has been cleared, blow gently using a tissue to remove any residual moisture.
