Brewer’s yeast is commonly used as an ingredient in the production of beer and bread but it also can be used as a nutritional supplement. It’s a rich source of chromium, which may help your body maintain normal blood sugar levels and is also a source of B vitamins.
Brewer’s Yeast is also considered a probiotic and is used to aid digestion.
Suggested Use: For adults, combine two (2) scoops with 500ml of water or juice, smoothies, yogurt and other recipes!
